WOYWW #575

Happy Wednesday and Happy WOYWW!

Here's my desk today:

Why am I sharing my desk? It's all a part of a world-wide linkage on Stamping Ground blog. She's hosted this linkage for over 11 years!

The bottom left corner is the current book I'm reading for this year's Summer Reading Marathon. If you have any book recommendations, I'd love to hear them.

Also, I'm having a bookmark GIVEAWAY. Click here if you're interested.

  2. Glad I popped back and didn't miss you Dorlene. Enjoy the reading challenge. The autobiographical books by Judith Kerr (Tiger who came to tea etc) starting with When Hitler stole Pink Rabbit are well worth a read. Stay safe and happy WOYWW. Sarah #17

  3. Your desk is to glue as mine is to scissors! That would be a riddle if we weren’t on the crafting wavelength. I like the makings of the LO under the book. I cant read the title from your original size phot, and when I enlarge it, it pixelates so I cant read the title! How frustrating! Have read a lot this summer already, I struggled through a book called ‘The Luminaries’ (Long, over descriptive and I kept losing the characters) only to discover that the BBC have turned it into a drama...bet its heavily edited but nevertheless, could have saved myself so much time!!

  4. Hi Dorlene. I am obsessed at the moment with books by Joanna Sheen who is better known for her crafting but writes stories too. I recently read her last novel called "That's the Spirit" and that was it I was won over. They are easy to read and I just find that I can't put them down. I'm leaving you a link to her website: https://www.joannasheen.com/craft-supplies/novels/thats-the-spirit-a-novel/ Have a very happy belated woyww, Angela x19x

  6. What an interesting sounding book?! Is that little pile bottom left going to be a scrapbook page? Have a great week, Lisa-Jane #23
