Thankful Center Flip Card; PCC

Hi there, I'm here to share a fun Center Flip Fun Fold Card using the Cute Fall Crow SVG from Printable Cuttable Creatables. Even though this SVG has many pieces, it was easy to put together.

As always, I lay the pieces together first before I add adhesive. This makes things a little easier for me and less mistakes. But because of all the layers, there was a large gap between the larger pumpkin and the grass. I don't know if you can see it in this photo, but putting a piece of foam adhesive was too thick, so I improvised.

I cut a small strip of the orange cardstock scrap and then folded it in half. This is similar to two pieces of cardstock which is the exact thickness of the large pumpkin and the grass.

I tucked and adhered it between the gap and it filled it perfectly and gave the small pumpkin a place to rest.

I tried to take photos, but it's a little hard to capture. Once I did that, the SVG image was ready to be placed on the card flap.

Check out the YouTube process video to see how the card was assembled.

The card was made by using a standard A2 card base, 5.5x8.5 and scored at 4.25. I wanted the flap to be in the center, but I mistakenly cut 2.25” from the left side. Once I did that, I only cut 1” from the right side. (These cuts go from the bottom edge to the 4.25" score line.) Oops! But you know what? It worked out fine. In fact, I love that it’s not exactly in the center. I think it gives it more interest and character.

I cut one piece of patterned paper at 4x5.25 and adhered it to the inside of the card. The other pieces were cut at:

Cardstock 2x4; Patterned Paper 1 ⅞ x 3 ⅞ These are attached to the outside flap and where I adhered the Cute Crow image.

There’s also a 2x4 white piece on the inside, right behind the flap to put your greeting.
