WOYWW #568

Hello and happy Wednesday! It’s that time of the week where I get to share my work space on Stamping Ground

My desk this morning:
I’ve been trying to clear off my work area after every project. I really need to do something about the stragglers, but they just seem to grow on their own (like weeds).

Click on over to Julia’s blog Stamping Ground and check out other desks!

Happy week.

  1. I end up doing that but end up with piles at the edges of an increasingly smaller area! Happy WOYWW. Stay safe and take care. With love and God Bless, Caro x (#25)

  2. At least you have more than the crafters' habitual 6" to work in Dorlene lol. Stay safe and happy WOYWW. Sarah #6

  3. Hi Dorlene. Well done on the principle... but you do know that weeds are only flowers in the wrong place, don't you??:-) Let's just embrace them.../ that's how I have to cope with the stragglers, I'm afraid.
Take care. Stay safe. God bless.

  5. I can relate to the problem of keeping the desk clear. I think that as I clear it some body pops in and fills the table again. Take care and have a lovely belated woyww, Angela x17x

  6. Everything on my desk except the pen pot could be considered a straggler! and now I’m in full on daylight all the time, I really ought to remove the pen pot...but that will unbalance the eco system of my erm, creative space!! I’m following your lead, I think you’re working this week (?) so clearing in between makes good sense. Impressive space to work in too, not always reduced to the few inches at the front of the desk!

  7. Hi Dorlene! those little stragglers in why I have been making boxes to stash them in! I have a hard time just tossing them, especially after watching Bohemian Crafter who uses every little bit! Your desk looks nice and tidy, but I know crafting has been done! Thanks for your visit, stay well, stay busy, and stay safe!

  8. Hi Dorlene, I hear you regarding the stragglers we all need to make a box like Linda's to keep them in. I use up as many of mine in mixed media but if left on my desk they seem to breed over night :/
Happy crafting & keeping those stragglers under control Tracey #3

  9. I'm afraid my desk is always full of "stragglers," Dorlene! You are very disciplined, trying to clear them between projects. Perhaps my problem is that I'm not good at finishing the projects in the fist place - hence my almost drowning in UFOs these days! Sorry to be so late visiting but I seem to have got behind with my WOYWW visits this week. I've been pretty busy with other things!

    Happy belated WOYWW,
