WOYWW #524

Hi there deskers. Happy WOYWW!

It's time for a POP UP Shop of my handmade cards. I bring the cards to my work at least twice a year. My coworkers are my loyal customers so I like to bring them in and it lessens my full box.

It's probably stupid, but I don't like to leave them here. I like to have a "POP UP" event so it draws excitement and (usually) more purchases.

So on my desk today is the card box full of cards. I like to go through them to make sure things are still stuck where they should be, etc.

Be sure to click over to the Stamping Ground to take a peek into other craft areas and share what's on your desk this Wednesday.

  4. What a fantastic idea! Many moons ago I had a box at work, but stopped doing that when life became too busy. I think your idea of a pop up is much better. Happy WOYWW. With Love & God Bless, Caro x (#10)

  8. Hi Dorlene, great idea with the pop up box. We support a monthly charity at work, so if there's an event on in the month - Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day etc then I make some cards to sell at work. I leave a box at work too though, as I'm asked quite regular if I have any cards on me! Thanks for stopping by my blog, and have a lovely week, Heather xx #11

  9. Great thinking Darlene. And my word, there’s a lot to choose from! Do you charge a flat price or do you price them individually? Nice way to re invest in some stash!

  13. What a great idea to have a pop-up card shop every once in awhile! Not sure I could do it at my work, I don't think I would be allowed. I did try selling cards once at an artisan shop, but it didn't go well. Oh well! Sorry I'm so late this week! Thank you for your earlier visit, Lindart #25
